CSI’s executive producer and creator, Anthony Zuiker is ready to modernize the book industry by releasing World’s First digital novel, LEVEL 26, on 15th September, 2009. It’s a first of its kind of novel which will show three minute clips after every 20 pages.
You will be wondering which technique he is using to show video clips through the pages of book. Wanna guess? …no, he is not providing any CD in it, that’s a very old concept and many books like this has been released. OK… he is taking help of internet and providing codes in his book which can be log in on his website to see three minutes clips called ‘Cyber Bridges’ which will be necessary to continue story.
The novel is about a serial killer who generates a new technique to kill his victims, other than the 25 methods known yet. That’s why the name of the novel is “LEVEL 26″.
Anthony Zuiker is taking full advantage of his super hit TV show CSI in promoting the sale of his novel as he has displayed ‘CSI’ on the cover of book. See yourself, picture is provided here.
When asked why he is using CSI’s popularity to increase novel’s sale volume, he answered that CSI is airing in 200 countries and has spawned $ 6 billion so far. It is his best work and he is known well through it. Further he added that the 10th season of CSI, airing on 24th September, 2009, is much better than before. Its double benefit to display the show’s name on cover book because will benefit each other. People like things with which they can associate themselves easily and CSI is something which every one is, at least aware of.
In the first upcoming episode of CSI, ‘Family affair’, the crime scene investigation team solves the murder of a famous actress who gets killed in a suspicious accident. The episode also showcases return of Sara. 2nd episode ‘Ghost Town’ will be aired on 1st October, 2009, in which CSI team focuses on the neighbors of the producer and drug dealer found dead in Vegas.
